I had high hopes for my five-night stay at the hotel, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. The rooms were dirty, dusty, and had mold in places. I reached out to Reception but haven't received a response yet regarding a partial refund or compensatory nights. The price was steep at over $1700 for five nights, and the lack of cleanliness was disappointing. I wouldn't consider staying here again unless the issues are resolved promptly.

The hotel overlooks a lake and offers a pleasant stay in a quiet area, with convenient access to local amenities. The rooms need refurbishment due to dated elements and lack of proper cleaning, but they are spacious enough for a family. The service, although accommodating, fell short due to being understaffed. Dining options are good, with a nice range of choices at a reasonable price. The facilities need some improvement to match the quality expected.

The facilities are well-maintained, and the hotel provides a welcoming atmosphere.
